PORUSI

PORUSystems Intelligence

Connect with context.

Porusi links the software your business already runs, understands what the information means, and puts AI to work across all of it.

Powered by Universal Bench

The story in 36 seconds

From a river in the Punjab to the systems your business runs on.

ΑAlexander पPorus Α प “As a king.” Greece Persia Bactria Gandhara China silk spices mathematics art SI

326 BC. At the Hydaspes river in the Punjab, a Greek king and an Indian king meet in battle.

Asked how he wishes to be treated, Porus answers: “As a king.” Alexander makes him an ally.

For centuries after, the Silk Road carries Greek and Indian ideas across continents.

Silk, spices, mathematics and art move wherever the roads connect.

Today, a business runs on dozens of tools. Porusi is the crossing point that connects them.

One engine. Twelve practical products.

Most Porusi products work by phone call, SMS and WhatsApp, so the people you reach never need an app. Back Office works behind the scenes in your systems. All of them run on the same connected engine, Universal Bench.

Personal Assistant by Porusi working name

PA-level support for business owners who could never hire one.

A skilled personal assistant costs more than $70,000 a year. So most owners do the admin at night, and things slip. Your Porusi assistant briefs you, takes instructions and acts across your systems, by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.

How it works

  1. Morning briefing call

At a time you choose: today's meetings, changes, emails that need attention, and an offer to draft replies.

  2. Instructions any time

By phone, SMS or WhatsApp: “Cancel Thursday's meeting and tell him I'll call next week.”

  3. Proactive alerts

“Your supplier says the delivery will be a day late. Should I let the café know?”

  4. End-of-day wrap

What was done, what's still pending, and what's on tomorrow.

A day with your assistant

A sample day for a café owner.

  1. Morning briefing call. Three meetings, one changed time, two emails worth answering.

  2. Cancel a meeting. The owner asks; the assistant confirms, sends the message and updates the calendar.

  3. Proactive alert. A supplier delay, with an offer to let the café know.

  4. Quick recall. The owner texts “What did we agree with Sandy yesterday?” and gets the key decisions from the minutes.

  5. Launch another product. “Ring Around the casuals to cover Saturday” starts a Ring Around campaign coming soon.

  6. End-of-day wrap. Done, pending, and tomorrow.

What it can do

Calendar

Schedule, reschedule, cancel, invite and remind.

Email

Triage, summarise, and draft replies in your style. Sends only after you approve.

Meetings

Briefings beforehand, minutes afterwards, and action tracking.

Tasks and follow-ups

A running task list, and it chases people for you.

Accounts coming soon

Xero summaries and prompts about overdue invoices.

Documents coming soon

Find and share files from Google Drive and email.

Bookings and errands coming soon

Where connected services allow.

Other Porusi products coming soon

Launch Ring Around, Call Quote and more by voice.

You stay in control

  • Confirms before sending, cancelling, paying or committing to anything.
  • Reads back important actions before doing them.
  • Keeps a full action log, with undo where possible.
  • Verifies it's you before acting on sensitive instructions.
  • Connects only what you choose, with minimum permissions.
  • Always says it is an AI assistant when it contacts other people.

How it differs from other AI assistants

Most AI assistants are screen-based tools for desk workers, and they wait to be asked. Porusi's assistant is voice-first and proactive, acts across many systems, and suits owners who spend the day on the floor, on site or driving. It doesn't replace a human PA; it gives owners who could never afford one PA-level support.

Ring Around by Porusi

Don't run around. Ring around.

One message. Every person. Every language. Ring Around places up to 250 phone calls at the same time, holds a genuine two-way conversation with each person, records every answer and confirms it in writing. Larger lists run automatically in rounds: 2,500 people is ten rounds of 250.

How it works

  1. Set the message

Type or dictate what needs to be said, and the question each person should answer.

  2. Choose who to call

Upload a spreadsheet, pick a saved group, or connect your systems.

  3. Ring Around makes the calls

Up to 250 at once, from your organisation's own verified number.

  4. Receive the results

A live report of confirmations, declines, follow-ups and anyone unreached, with retries and SMS fallback.

Hear how a call sounds

A sample call. Every call says it is AI-assisted and recorded.

Ring Around, for Riverside PrimaryHi, this is Riverside Primary's assistant calling on behalf of Jane in the office. This call is recorded. I'm calling about Nicholas's Year 5 camp at Phillip Island from the 14th to the 16th of October. Are you happy for him to attend?
ParentYes, he's going. But he has an asthma plan. Does the school have it?
Ring AroundThank you, I've recorded your consent. I'll ask the office to confirm they hold Nicholas's asthma plan, and they'll be in touch before the camp. You'll receive a text confirming this conversation shortly.

Recorded outcome

Consent given. Action for the office: confirm the asthma plan. Written confirmation sent. Recording and transcript saved.

Personalised at scale

Think of it as mail merge for phone calls. Every call can be different, driven by your spreadsheet columns and simple rules.

Target by any field

Area, postcode, team, building, account status or appointment time. Building A residents hear about lift maintenance; Ground 2 teams hear their game is cancelled.

Limit and stop

“The first 20 casuals to accept get Saturday's shift.” Later callers are told it's filled.

Branch on the answer

If someone says no, ask why. If they have a question, flag it to your staff.

Know who's calling

A heads-up text a minute before the call, your own verified number on screen, and branded caller display coming soon. Children's names stay off lock screens.

Where Ring Around helps

Education

Camp and excursion consent, event notices, and following up families who haven't responded in Compass, Sentral or other school apps. It's the follow-up layer, not a replacement.

Casual staffing and rostering

Fill shifts in minutes for labour hire, hospitality, aged care, NDIS and security rosters.

Sports clubs

Wet-weather cancellations and fixture changes team by team, and registration renewals.

Security services

Immediate alerts to every guard on shift, with confirmation that each one received it.

Property and strata

Lift outages, works notices and water shut-offs, from the property manager's own number and name.

Clinics and allied health

Appointment confirmations, recalls and rescheduling, with no medical details in calls.

Trades and field services

Next-day job confirmations with address and arrival window.

Wholesale and distribution

Weekly order calls to cafés and venues: “Your usual order this week?” For a full order round with upsells and integration, see Order Round.

Councils and utilities

Street-by-street notices for roadworks, bin changes and planned outages.

Healthcare

Staff broadcasts and shift call-outs, alongside existing paging and alert systems. Never a primary emergency system.

Events and training

Attendance, dietary requirements and session changes; phone-delivered training with comprehension checks.

Member organisations

Renewals, volunteer rosters and notices.

Ring Around for Bookings coming soon

For hairdressers, barbers, dentists, doctors, physios and any business that runs on appointments. When the day falls apart, one message from you and Ring Around calls every affected client at once, offers each of them their own options, and updates the diary as they answer.

  1. "Jess is sick today." The owner sends one text or makes one call.

  2. Finds Jess's day: nine bookings, pulled from the booking system.

  3. Works out options for each client: another stylist at the same time, or a later time with Jess.

  4. Calls all nine at once and moves each booking as they choose.

  5. Report to the owner: six moved to Mia, two rebooked with Jess on Thursday, one cancelled. The 3pm and 4pm gaps go to the waitlist.

Ring Around, for Bella SalonHi Sarah, it's Bella Salon's assistant. I'm an AI, and this call is recorded. Jess is unwell today, sorry. Mia can still do your cut at 10:30 as planned, or I can move you to Jess on Thursday at 11. Which would you prefer?
ClientThursday with Jess, please.
Ring AroundDone. You'll get a text confirming Thursday at 11 with Jess. Have a good week.

Sick day rescue

A staff member is off: every client is offered another practitioner or a new time.

Running late

"Jess is running 30 minutes behind. Can you come at 2:30 instead?"

Closures

Power outage, burst pipe or public holiday: the whole day is moved in minutes.

Holidays and departures

Reschedule two weeks of bookings in one go, or move a departing staff member's clients so they stay with you.

Gap filling

A cancellation rings the waitlist and regulars who are due, until the spot is taken.

Rebooking and win-back

A friendly call when a client is due back, or hasn't been in for a while.

Connects to booking systems such as Fresha, Timely, Kitomba and Phorest coming soon. For medical and dental practices, calls cover times and practitioners only, never medical details. Pair it with Front Desk to answer incoming calls too.

Ring Around for Accounts coming soon

See the full Accounts Assistant page for schedules, a sample call and the guardrails.

Connects to accounting software such as Xero, finds overdue invoices each morning and follows up on a firm but courteous schedule.

  1. Courtesy reminder by SMS or email before the due date.

  2. First call with a payment link.

  3. Second call.

  4. Third call, confirming a promised payment date.

  5. Handover to your staff with the full history.

  • Captures promises to pay and pauses follow-ups until then.
  • Resends invoices when asked, and flags disputes to a person.
  • Notes every outcome against the invoice.
  • Contact frequency is deliberately limited, in line with ACCC and ASIC debt collection guidance.

Ring Around Meetings

Teams is for the office. Ring Around Meetings is for everyone else. Office tools already record meetings and write summaries. Ring Around Meetings is built for people who aren't at a desk: site crews, drivers, volunteers, committee members and owners.

It calls them

No app, link, login or camera. Every participant's phone simply rings at the scheduled time. Conference calls of up to 250 participants.

Roll call and quorum

Records who attended and confirms when enough members are present to hold the meeting.

Votes on the record

Captures each person's vote on a motion by voice and writes it straight into the minutes. Check the voting rules that apply to your organisation.

Minutes before you hang up

Keeps the agenda moving, records decisions and action items, and emails the minutes while participants are still on the line.

Follow-through

Rings people before the next meeting to chase their action items, and puts deadlines into calendars.

Toolbox talks and briefings

A daily safety or shift briefing to everyone on site, with a record of who heard it and confirmed it.

Other languages

Summaries and minutes in each participant's preferred language. Live interpreting in group calls coming soon.

No per-user licences

Pay per meeting, not per seat. Built for clubs, committees and owners corporations.

Voice and writing, together

For people who prefer things in writing, Ring Around works alongside email and your existing apps. Written notices go first; Ring Around follows up with non-responders and urgent matters.

  • Every person receives an SMS or email confirming what they said, with date and time.
  • Your organisation keeps the recording, transcript and timestamp.
  • Where a signature is needed, the follow-up includes a one-tap link to confirm in writing.
  • Recipients can choose to be called, texted or emailed.

Email first. Ring Around for the rest.

A school emails 1,000 families about camp and 700 reply. Instead of the office spending days ringing the other 300, Ring Around calls them in about ten minutes and records every answer. You only pay for the 300 calls, so a plan goes much further than its call count suggests. Example

Why voice works for these jobs: phones get noticed in minutes, email has already failed for non-responders, a call proves people heard the message, and it reaches people regardless of language or literacy.

Trust and compliance

  • Verified caller ID only, with written authorisation from each client.
  • Every call discloses that it is an AI assistant and that it is recorded.
  • Existing relationships only. Not a cold-calling or telemarketing service.
  • Calling hours, retry limits and opt-outs are enforced automatically.
  • Privacy by design: access controls, retention periods and a data processing agreement.
  • Human handover for anything sensitive, disputed or urgent.

Pricing

A call is one person reached: one conversation of up to about three minutes, including the retries and the written confirmation.

One call = one person

Ringing 250 people uses 250 calls. On Starter, that leaves 50 for the rest of the month.

250 at once is speed

Up to 250 people are rung at the same moment. Larger lists run in rounds, so 1,000 people is four rounds of 250.

Retries are included

Someone who needs three attempts and a confirmation text still counts as one call.

Starter

$179 /month

300 calls included (about 60c per person), then $0.65 each. Up to 250 concurrent calls, spreadsheet upload, SMS confirmations, 1 verified caller ID, email support.

Most popular

Professional

Recommended planProfessional
Estimated monthly cost$590
Average per call$0.49

Estimate only, excluding GST, based on the indicative prices above.

What does 42–60c per person compare with?

Chasing people by phone takes staff time: dialling, voicemails, calling back and writing down the answer. At a few minutes per person, that often costs well over a dollar each in wages, and takes hours. Ring Around does it in minutes, with a recording and written confirmation for every answer. Illustrative

Indicative prices in AUD, excluding GST. Ring Around for Accounts is a $99/month add-on on Professional. Branded caller display is charged at cost.

Questions

Will people really answer a call from an AI?

Calls come from your organisation's own verified number, a heads-up text explains who's calling and why, and branded caller display will add your name on supported phones.

What if someone prefers email or text?

Recipients can choose their channel, and their responses are still recorded.

Is there proof of what was agreed?

Every call is recorded and transcribed, and each person gets written confirmation. A signature link can be added where required.

Which languages?

Dozens, including Greek, Italian, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Hindi and Punjabi.

Does it replace Compass, Xero or our systems?

No. It works alongside them and follows up the people they didn't reach.

Can it be used for sales calls?

No. Ring Around is for existing relationships only.

How quickly can we start?

A pilot can run within days: verify your caller ID, load a list, and build the first call.

Small employers get 100 or more applications per role on SEEK, with no time to read them or phone candidates, and lose good people to faster employers. Porusi screens, interviews and shortlists for you. You make every decision.

Five stages, start to finish

  1. Collect

Every SEEK application in one place, via SEEK application emails first, with an official SEEK integration coming soon.

  2. Screen

Scores each applicant against your must-haves, such as availability, experience, licences like RSA, location and right to work, with a reason for every score.

  3. Interview

Phones the best candidates, or lets them book a time. It says it's an AI and that the call is recorded, and asks your questions in the same order for everyone.

  4. Shortlist

Your top four, with a summary, per-question scores, strengths, concerns, and the full recording and transcript.

  5. Book

Schedules face-to-face interviews for the candidates you choose, and sends polite updates to others once you approve.

What the shortlist looks like

Weekend barista, café in RichmondSample data
Candidate A9.1

Three years on a commercial machine; available every weekend; lives 10 minutes away. Concern: wants a start date after the 20th.

Candidate B8.6

Holds RSA; strong answers on busy-service scenarios. Concern: Sunday availability only until 3pm.

Candidate C8.2

Café and bakery experience; interviewed in Vietnamese at their request. Concern: limited latte art.

Candidate D7.9

Newer to coffee, excellent customer service background. Concern: would need training on the machine.

Each candidate comes with per-question scores, the full recording and the transcript, so you hear the evidence, not just an AI opinion.

Fair by design. You decide.

  • The employer stays in control. The assistant recommends; you decide. No one is hired or rejected without your approval.
  • Job-related criteria only. It never asks about or scores age, gender, race, religion, disability, health, family status or similar.
  • Same questions for everyone, in the same order.
  • Recordings available for every interview.
  • Candidate choice. Candidates can book a time or respond in writing, and are told how their data is used.
  • No app or link. Just a phone call, in the candidate's language if needed.

Launching with hospitality, then retail, trades, labour hire and cleaning, and food manufacturing. Once you've hired, Ring Around helps fill their shifts.

Accounts Assistant by Porusi working name

Your accounts receivable officer, on the phone.

Connected to your email and your accounting software, it spots every overdue account and rings the customer for you, on the schedule you set. Firm, courteous and recorded, so you get paid without spending your day chasing.

How it works

  1. Connects to your systems

Links to your email and your accounting software, with Xero coming soon.

  2. Spots overdue accounts

Checks each morning for invoices that have passed their due date.

  3. Calls the customer

Rings from your own verified number, says it is an AI assistant calling on your behalf, and explains which invoice is overdue and by how much.

  4. Gets a commitment

Captures a promise to pay and a date, resends the invoice or a payment link by SMS or email, and notes the outcome against the invoice.

  5. Follows your schedule

Keeps following up at the frequency and tone you've chosen, escalating as the account ages.

  6. Hands over when needed

Disputes, hardship and anything unusual go straight to you or your accounts person, with the full history.

You set the rules

The owner or accounts manager decides how often it calls, what it says and when things escalate. A schedule might look like this:

  1. Courtesy reminder by SMS or email before the due date.

  2. First call: a friendly heads-up, with a payment link.

  3. Second call, asking for a payment date.

  4. Third call, firmer, confirming the promised date.

  5. Regular follow-up at the frequency you set, such as weekly.

  6. Escalate to you, or to your collections process, with every call recorded.

Sample Every stage, interval and message can be changed to suit your business and your customers.

A sample call

Accounts Assistant, for Bayside SuppliesHi, this is Bayside Supplies' accounts assistant. I'm an AI, and this call is recorded. I'm calling about invoice 1042 for $1,860, which was due on the 3rd. Can you let me know when it will be paid?
CustomerSorry, it slipped through. I can pay it on Friday.
Accounts AssistantThank you. I've noted payment on Friday the 16th. I'll text you a copy of the invoice and a payment link now, and I won't call again unless the payment hasn't come through.

Recorded outcome

Promise to pay: Friday the 16th. Invoice and payment link sent by SMS. Follow-up paused until then. Sample data

Firm, not harassing

Consistent, recorded follow-up gets results without putting your business at risk. Your schedule runs inside guardrails the platform enforces.

  • Contact limits. A ceiling on how often any customer is called, designed around ACCC and ASIC debt collection guidance.
  • Calling hours only. No calls early in the morning, late at night or at unreasonable times.
  • Promises respected. A promise to pay pauses the calls until the promised date.
  • Disputes to a person. Any dispute, hardship or complaint goes straight to your team.
  • Stop means stop. A request not to be called is honoured, and switched to email or SMS.
  • Always disclosed. Every call says it's an AI assistant and that it's recorded.

Incident Assistant by Porusi working name

Incident reports, just by talking.

Workers ring a number, or get a call, and say what happened in their own words and their own language. Incident Assistant asks the right follow-up questions and files a complete, consistent report while the details are fresh. When an alarm goes off, it gets the right people moving in under a minute.

Why incidents go unreported

Forms are slow, workers are busy, English is often a second language, and near misses feel too small to bother with. Every missed report is a lost warning. Incident Assistant removes the friction: if you can make a phone call, you can make a report.

How it works

  1. Report by voice

A worker rings the reporting number, sends a voice note on WhatsApp, or is called after their shift. No app, form or login.

  2. Guided questions

The assistant asks what happened, where, when, who was involved, any injury, what was done straight away, and whether the hazard is still there. Your own questions can be added for each site.

  3. Any language

Workers speak in the language they're most comfortable with. The report is written in English, with the original recording kept.

  4. Photos backed up

A text link lets the worker add photos of the scene, the equipment or the hazard.

  5. Report filed

A structured report lands with the supervisor by email, with the summary, transcript and recording, and can feed your safety system coming soon.

  6. Follow-up chased

Corrective actions are assigned and chased by phone until they're done, and closed off on the record.

A sample report call

Incident Assistant, for Eastside CleaningHi Maria, this is Eastside Cleaning's incident assistant. I'm an AI, and this call is recorded. You can talk to me in Spanish or English. What happened?
WorkerI slipped on the wet floor in the kitchen at the Glen Iris site. I hurt my wrist a bit. There was no sign out.
Incident AssistantI'm sorry to hear that. Is your wrist swollen, or are you able to keep working? And roughly what time did it happen?
WorkerAbout 7:15. It's sore but I can move it. I finished the shift.
Incident AssistantThank you. I've logged a slip with a minor wrist injury at 7:15 this morning, and flagged the missing wet-floor sign. Your supervisor will get the report now. If the pain gets worse, please see a doctor. I'll text you a link to add a photo of the area.

Report filed

Type: slip, minor injury (wrist). Site: Glen Iris kitchen, 7:15am. Cause noted: no wet-floor sign. Actions: supervisor notified; check signage stock at site. Recording, transcript and photo link attached. Sample data

Works with the devices you already have

Man-down radios, GPS trackers and duress buttons are good at detecting a problem. What happens next is usually a supervisor ringing around. Incident Assistant takes over from the alert.

  1. Alert received from a man-down device, missed check-in or duress button coming soon.

  2. Calls the worker to check whether it's a false alarm.

  3. No answer: rings the supervisor and nearby team members at the same time.

  4. Confirms who's responding and who's closest, and tells everyone else they're covered.

  5. Builds the incident record from every call, with times, for your WHS file.

Incident Assistant is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 000. It works alongside your existing alarms, monitoring and emergency procedures.

More than injuries

Near misses and hazards

The reports that prevent the next injury, made quick enough that people actually make them.

Start and end of shift

A short spoken check: fit for work, site hazards noticed, equipment and premises secured.

Security and property

Damage, break-ins, aggressive customers or tenant incidents, logged the moment they happen.

Vehicle incidents

Drivers report a bump or breakdown hands-free, once they've safely stopped.

Care and NDIS visits

Workers log incidents during home visits, in their own language, for review by the provider.

Customer complaints

Front-line staff record what happened while it's fresh, so managers get the full story.

Built for trust

  • Always disclosed. Every call says it's an AI assistant and that it's recorded.
  • The worker's own words. The recording and transcript are kept alongside the written report.
  • Same questions every time. Consistent reports that are easy to compare and audit.
  • People make the decisions. The assistant records and routes; supervisors investigate and decide.
  • Serious matters escalated. Injuries and urgent hazards go to the nominated people straight away.

Proxenia by Porusi working name · coming soon

Be introduced, not swiped.

A matchmaker you talk to by phone. Proxenia gets to know you through real conversations, in your own language, finds people who genuinely suit you, and introduces you both on a friendly three-way call. No profiles to write, no photos to scroll, no app.

An old tradition, made new

For generations, Greek families had the proxenió and Indian families had the family introduction: someone who knew you well and knew who you'd get along with. Proxenia brings that back for people who are tired of dating apps, with the care of a matchmaker and the reach of modern technology.

How it works

  1. Join and talk

Proxenia rings you for a relaxed conversation about your life, your values, what you're looking for and what matters most. Follow-up chats help it get to know you better over time.

  2. Your private profile

Your details stay with Proxenia. There is no public profile for anyone to browse, search or screenshot.

  3. Thoughtful matching

It compares members on values, lifestyle, location, language and what each person wants, and suggests a small number of strong matches.

  4. Two yeses

Each of you hears about the other by phone first. Nothing happens unless you both say yes.

  5. The introduction call

Proxenia opens a three-way call, introduces you both, breaks the ice, then steps away so you can talk on your own.

  6. The first date

If you click, it can help book somewhere and set up a Check In safety call during the date.

  7. How did it go?

A short call afterwards helps Proxenia learn what works for you and make better introductions next time.

A sample introduction call

ProxeniaHi Helen, hi George. I'm Proxenia, the AI matchmaker you've both been chatting with, and this call is recorded. You both said yes to meeting, so I thought I'd introduce you properly.
ProxeniaHelen, George grew up in Oakleigh, loves cooking for a crowd and spends his Sundays at the market. George, Helen teaches music, has two grown-up kids and has been trying to perfect her yiayia's spanakopita for years.
GeorgeOnly years? I've been at mine for decades. Hi Helen.
HelenHi George. Then we'll have to compare recipes.
ProxeniaSounds like a good place to start. I'll leave you two to chat. Your numbers stay private unless you both choose to share them.

After the call

Both members chose to share numbers. Coffee booked for Saturday morning, with a safety check-in for Helen at 11:30. Feedback calls scheduled. Sample data

Who it's for

Over 45s

Divorced, widowed or simply done with swiping, and ready for something more personal.

Cultural communities

People who want a partner who shares their language, faith or family values: Greek, Indian, Italian, Vietnamese, Lebanese and more.

Busy professionals

People who would rather have a trusted matchmaker do the searching and the scheduling.

Members choose who they would like to meet. Proxenia is for adults 18 and over.

Safe, private and honest

  • Verified members. Identity checks at sign-up, so you know people are who they say they are.
  • Private numbers. Calls connect through Proxenia. Your number is only shared if you choose.
  • Always an AI, always disclosed. Proxenia introduces people. It never pretends to be a person and never speaks for you.
  • Scam protection. Requests for money, bank details or gifts are flagged and reviewed by our team.
  • People in the loop. A human reviewer handles complaints, reports and anything that doesn't feel right.
  • Your data, protected. Sensitive details are handled with strict access controls and never sold.

Proxenia is designed to meet Australia's Online Dating Industry Code. It is not an emergency service. If you feel unsafe, call 000.

Check In: a safety call during the date

Going on a first date, or meeting someone new? Check In calls you at the time you choose to make sure you're okay. It can be set up by you, or by a parent or friend with your agreement.

  1. The check-in call: "Hi, it's your check-in. All good?" Say yes, and it hangs up.

  2. Need help without saying so? Use your private code word, and your nominated contact is alerted straight away. It can also be your excuse to leave.

  3. No answer: it tries again, then sends a text.

  4. Still nothing: it calls your nominated contacts in order, such as Mum and then a friend, and shares your last location if you chose to allow it.

  5. If you say it's an emergency, it tells you to call 000 and alerts your contacts at the same time.

  • Your agreement first. Check In can't be set up on anyone in secret. The person being checked on approves it, and can change or stop it any time.
  • People decide what happens next. Check In alerts your nominated contacts; it never calls police on its own.
  • Location only if you allow it, and only shared when an alert is raised.
  • Not an emergency service. If you're in danger, call 000.

Included with Proxenia Premium.

Who it's for

Any business where the phone rings while you're busy with a customer: hairdressers and barbers, beauty and nail salons, dentists and medical clinics, physio and allied health, trades, cafés and restaurants, real estate and property managers.

Connects to booking systems such as Fresha, Timely, Kitomba and Phorest, and to your calendar coming soon. For medical and dental practices, Front Desk handles bookings and general questions only, never clinical advice. In an emergency, callers are told to ring 000.

Better together with Ring Around

Front Desk answers the calls that come in. Ring Around makes the calls that go out: when someone's sick, running late or the shop has to close, it rings every affected customer at once and reschedules them. One handles the busy days, the other rescues the bad ones.

  • Always disclosed. Every caller is told they're speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.
  • You set the answers. It only quotes prices and policies you've approved, and never guesses.

Groundwork by Porusi working name · coming soon

Their first business, with a team behind it.

Groundwork guides young people aged 13 to 25 through starting a real business, then gives it the back office a grown-up company has: a phone that's answered, bookings, quotes, reminders and payments. They do the work, keep the money and learn how business works. Start it. Run it. Own it.

The pathway

Eight stages, each opened by a short coaching call that uses the student's own business numbers, not general advice.

  1. Find your idea

What they're good at, and what people nearby need.

  2. Work out your costs

What one job really costs, from fuel to supplies to time.

  3. Set your prices

Cover costs, value time, and price for regulars.

  4. Win your first customers

Front Desk and Ring Around switch on here.

  5. Get paid and keep records

Quotes, payment links, polite reminders and a simple profit summary.

  6. Grow and plan

Which jobs earn most, and when to raise prices.

  7. Bring someone on

Sharing work fairly, and the official rules on wages, super and insurance, with a parent involved.

  8. Think bigger

ABNs, tax and insurance, with links to official sources and real advisers.

The tools

Front Desk

Answers the business number while they're at school or work, and books jobs.

Ring Around

Texts or calls all their customers at once: "Saturday mowing round, reply YES."

Quotes

One sentence becomes a tidy quote, sent after they approve it.

Payments

Payment links and friendly reminders, into an account a parent controls for under 18s.

Reviews and rebookings

Asks happy customers for reviews and reminds regulars when they're due.

The Friday call

Five minutes each week on earnings, bookings and one tip to grow.

Safe for under 18s

  • A parent holds the account and sees every call, booking and payment.
  • Parents approve new customers for under 16s, and quotes over a set amount.
  • Job Check In texts a parent when the young person arrives at a job and leaves.
  • Business only. It is not a chat companion and never connects young people with anyone but their customers.
  • Always disclosed. Customers are told it's an AI assistant and that a parent oversees the business.
  • Privacy first. Minimal data, no advertising to young people, and Kids Helpline (1800 55 1800) if someone is struggling.

For schools, banks and sponsors

Groundwork turns enterprise programs into real businesses with real customers and real numbers, linked to what's taught in economics and business classes.

School licences

Priced per year level per year. Start with a one-term pilot.

Sponsored places

From $60 per student per term. Sponsors get a report on what students built, with family permission.

Existing programs

Groundwork can be the tool students use inside enterprise programs their school already runs.

Pricing

Order Round by Porusi working name · coming soon

One sales rep doing the work of three.

Sales intelligence for wholesalers and distributors. Order Round rings every regular account on schedule, takes the order, suggests new lines, spots customers going quiet and writes it all into your systems. Your rep spends their time on big accounts and new business instead of routine calls.

What Order Round handles

Weekly order calls

Rings each account on their usual day: "Your usual order? Six vanilla, four chocolate?" Changes are confirmed back and sent by text.

Orders straight into your systems

Writes confirmed orders into your accounting or ordering platform, such as Xero, MYOB, MLF or Ordermentum coming soon.

New lines and specials

Reorder prediction

Notices when an account is overdue for an order based on their history, and checks in before they run out.

Win-back calls

Calls accounts that have gone quiet, finds out why, and flags anything your rep should follow up.

Order Round takes the routine calls. Your human rep gets a clear list of what needs a person, with the full history of every call.

  • Big accounts and relationships stay with your rep, who now has time for visits and tastings.
  • New business and prospecting stays with your rep too.
  • Hot leads handed over: a customer asking about a bigger order, a new site or a new range.
  • Problems handed over: complaints, quality issues and anything disputed go straight to a person.
  • A weekly sales summary: orders taken, upsells accepted, accounts at risk and who needs a visit.
  • Joined up with accounts: overdue balances can be raised politely with the Accounts Assistant.

Who it's for

Any wholesaler whose reps ring the same customers every week: food and drink distributors, coffee roasters, bakeries, brewers and wine wholesalers, produce suppliers, and packaging, cleaning, hospitality and building supplies.

Built on trust

  • Existing customers only. Order Round calls accounts you already supply. It is not a cold-calling or telemarketing service.
  • Always disclosed. Every call says it's an AI assistant calling for your business, and that it's recorded.
  • Your number, your name. Calls come from your own verified business number.
  • Customers choose. Any account can ask to order by text or email instead, or to speak with your rep.
  • Every order confirmed in writing, with the recording kept in case of questions.

Recovery Line by Porusi working name · coming soon

When disaster hits, reach everyone and help the right people first.

For insurers, councils, recovery agencies and charities. After a flood, storm or bushfire, Recovery Line calls every affected person at once, in their own language, checks what they need, and gives your team a priority shortlist so the most urgent cases are helped first. Your people make every decision.

How it works

  1. Activate in minutes

Choose the affected area or list: policyholders by postcode, residents on a council register, or customers in an outage zone.

  2. Everyone called at once

Up to 250 calls at a time, in each person's preferred language, from your own verified number, with SMS fallback for anyone who can't talk.

  3. A short needs check

Are you safe? Is the home liveable? Power and water? Anyone with medical needs, a disability, young children or older people? Somewhere to stay tonight?

  4. Danger goes straight to emergency services

Anyone at immediate risk is told to call 000, or the SES on 132 500 for flood and storm help, and the case is flagged to your team instantly.

  5. Damage details and photos

A text link lets people send photos and details of the damage for claims or recovery assessment.

  6. A priority shortlist

Every case is sorted as urgent, high or standard, with the reason for each, ready for your team to review.

  7. Your team decides

Staff review the shortlist and approve emergency accommodation, advance payments, grants or welfare visits, most urgent first.

  8. Nobody left wondering

Follow-up calls give everyone updates on their claim or support, and anyone flagged for welfare is called back to check on them.

A sample needs-check call

Recovery Line, for Southern Cross InsuranceHi Mrs Nguyen, this is Southern Cross Insurance's assistant. I'm an AI, and this call is recorded. We're calling everyone affected by the floods in your area. First, are you and everyone with you safe right now?

Recovery LineI'm sorry. Is anyone with you elderly, unwell, or relying on medication or equipment that needs power?
PolicyholderMy father is 84 and he's on oxygen. My sister's place is small.
Recovery LineThank you for telling me. I've marked your claim as urgent, so the team can look at temporary accommodation today. If your father has any trouble breathing, call 000 straight away. I'll text you a link to send photos of the damage when you're able.

Back Office by Porusi, powered by Universal Bench working name

Get your time back.

For owners, office managers, operations managers and production managers. Back Office connects the systems you already use, your email, calendar, accounts, files and ordering platforms, and does the repetitive work between them: the copying, chasing, checking and reporting. You spend your day running the business, not feeding it.

How it works

  1. Connect what you use

Email, calendar, Google Drive and hospitality ordering platforms, with Xero coming soon. You choose what's connected, with the minimum access needed.

  2. Describe the job

In plain English: "Every morning, put new supplier invoices from my inbox into the accounts and file the PDFs."

  3. We build the workflow

Universal Bench sets it up, tests it with you, and shows you exactly what it will do.

  4. It runs on its own

On a schedule or when something happens, such as a new email, a new order or a low stock level.

  5. You approve what matters

Anything that sends, pays, cancels or commits waits for your okay. Everything else just gets done.

  6. Every action logged

A full record of what was done, when and why, with undo where possible.

What it takes off your plate

For owners

A morning summary of what matters: cash position, overdue invoices, today's orders and the emails that need you. A weekly report you'd otherwise spend Sunday night building.

For office managers

Supplier invoices read from emails and entered into the accounts, PDFs filed in the right Drive folder, meeting notes and action lists sent out, leave and rosters kept in the calendar.

For operations managers

Orders from every channel gathered into one list, delivery runs drafted, stock levels checked, and an alert when something's late, short or out of the ordinary.

For production managers

Tomorrow's production sheet built from today's orders, ingredient and packaging needs worked out, and batch and cleaning records kept in one place.

A Monday morning, handled

  1. Weekend orders gathered from the ordering platforms and email into one list.

  2. Production sheet drafted: quantities by product, plus ingredients that are running low.

  3. Supplier invoices from the weekend inbox read, entered as draft bills and filed.

  4. Owner's summary lands: orders up on last week, two invoices overdue, one supplier delivery delayed.

  5. Waiting for approval: a reminder to the two overdue customers and a reorder from the flour supplier. Two taps, done.

Sample Every workflow is set up to match how your business already works.

Why Universal Bench

  • Works with your current systems. No new software to learn and nothing to replace.
  • Built around your business. Workflows are made for how you do things, not forced into a template.
  • Remembers context. It learns your suppliers, customers and preferences, so it gets more useful over time.
  • You stay in control. Approvals for anything important, minimum permissions and a full action log.
  • Grows into the phone products. The same engine powers Ring Around, Front Desk and Order Round when you're ready.
  • Australian. Built in Melbourne, with privacy and compliance designed in.

Sector focus: property and strata

Every tenant, owner and committee member, reached.

Property managers and owners corporation managers spend their days notifying, chasing and organising people. Porusi does it by phone, in each person's language, with a written record of every answer.

Why property

Nearly 1 in 5 VictoriansAbout 18% of Victorians live in around 128,900 owners corporations covering more than 1 million lots.
Concentrated managersMore than 250 strata management companies in Victoria, and the largest manages over 4,000 owners corporations. One agency can mean thousands of buildings.
Many languagesA majority of Victorian apartment residents were born outside Australia, so notices in each resident's own language matter.

For property managers

Tenant notices

Works, water shut-offs, lift outages, pest control and fire safety testing, from the manager's own number and name. Ring Around follows up the formal written notice; it doesn't replace it.

Inspections and access

Books routine inspections and confirms access for tradespeople, with every answer recorded.

Maintenance reports coming soon

Tenants report an issue by call or photo; it triages the job and books the tradie.

Rent and fee follow-up

Courteous, recorded reminders for overdue rent or fees, within tenancy rules and the Accounts Assistant guardrails.

For owners corporations and body corporates

  1. Before the meeting

Calls every owner to confirm attendance or lodge a proxy, so fewer meetings fail to reach quorum.

  2. At the meeting

Rings each owner at the scheduled time, takes the roll, confirms quorum, and records each vote on every motion.

  3. Straight after

Emails the minutes, with decisions and actions, while owners are still on the line.

  4. Between meetings

Chases committee actions, and follows up overdue levies with the Accounts Assistant.

Meeting, proxy and voting rules differ between states and between owners corporations. Porusi records the process; your manager remains responsible for compliance with the Owners Corporations Act and your rules.

Our story

Practical AI that picks up the phone and gets the work done.

Porusi is an Australian AI company based in Melbourne, founded by partners of Greek and Indian heritage. Our products run on Universal Bench, and the name comes from a meeting of equals more than two thousand years ago.

Two civilisations. One crossing point.

Porusi is founded by partners of Greek and Indian heritage. The name reaches back more than two thousand years, to a moment when those two worlds met as equals.

  1. Plato writes the Symposium. In it, Poros is the spirit of resourcefulness, the son of Metis, goddess of wisdom. Resourcefulness born of wisdom is a fair description of good software.

  2. Alexander meets Porus at the Hydaspes. After the battle on the river in the Punjab, Alexander asks the Indian king how he wishes to be treated. Porus answers: as a king. Alexander returns his kingdom and makes him an ally.

  3. The meeting is struck in silver. Coins minted for Alexander show Porus on his war elephant, one of the few images of the encounter made in its own time.

  4. The Indo-Greek kingdoms. Greek rulers govern parts of Afghanistan, Pakistan and northern India for around two centuries. King Menander appears in a Buddhist text, debating philosophy with an Indian monk.

  5. Gandhara art. Greek sculpture and Indian Buddhism fuse into something new. Some of the earliest human images of the Buddha carry Greek features and drapery.

  6. Goods and ideas cross continents. For more than a thousand years, trade routes carry silk, spices, glass, mathematics and religion between China, India and the Greek-speaking Mediterranean.

  7. Porusi. A Greek and an Indian partner build the connection layer for modern business, in Melbourne.

Porus The king

A partnership of equals across two worlds.

porous English

Letting things pass through. What we do to the walls between your systems.

πόρος Greek, poros: a passage or ford

The crossing point where your tools meet.

PORUSI

The S that ends Porus also begins Systems. SI stands for Systems Intelligence: the connections, and the AI that works across them. Watch the name on the home page and you'll see it happen.
